This stainless steel belay group has two stainless steel chains that work together distributing the load applied to the lowering ring.
In some types of specially fragile rock this factor can determine the right choice of belay used.
It is necessary to be very careful when placing in order to obtain an angle of no more than 90° between the two chains fixing securely the expansion bolts at the same level with regards to the direction of the load that will be applied.
